Busy Birds Parties
Offering the ultimate role-play experience for children aged from crawling up to 5 years old, packed with imaginative fun and adventure.
Location: Wetherby Sports Association
Time: 3–5 PM (set-up begins at 2 PM).
Activities:
Explore eight exciting outdoor-themed role-play areas, including:
Woodpecker’s Woodland
Seagull’s Seaside Resort
Goose’s Garden
You can also include the Baby Birds area for pre-walkers at no extra cost.
Support:
Charlotte will be present throughout the party to keep areas presentable and support interactive play.
Extras:
Bar Service: Wetherby Sports Association can open their bar (free of charge) so adults can purchase alcoholic drinks, soft drinks, or hot beverages during the party.

Pricing:
£280 (includes venue hire and role-play activities).
£100 venue hire fee is required upfront to secure the booking.
The remaining balance (£180) is payable to Busy Birds at least 1 week before the party.
This covers up to 20 children. For larger parties, alternative pricing and additional resources can be arranged.

Outdoor Parties
Celebrate the great outdoors with a Busy Birds Pop-Up Party at an outdoor location of your choice, such as your garden or a hired outdoor space (with boundaries).
What’s Included:
A two-hour birthday party experience tailored to your outdoor space.
A selection of activities and resources to fit your space, age, and group size. Options include a mud kitchen, water play, bug hunting, arts and crafts, nature shop, construction play, and more.
Charlotte will stay for the duration of the party to support play and lead parachute games.
